February 14th    The Ware Center Concert:  “Love is All Around”  Lancaster City 

 Event begins at 6:45 with appetizers, wine and beer in the WareCenter’s Grand Something Salon, followed by an hour of music in the beautiful Atrium. The audience surrounds the musicians in an intimate environment. This concert features romantic pieces from  Debussy, Beethoven, Borodin and others . Tickets: $25.00.  Late check-in Friday night.  No need to come to the Inn. Drive from the city to the Inn is easy.  We will reserve your tickets.  These concerts sell out so book your room and tickets early.

February 21-22     Lancaster Roots and Blues   Downtown Lancaster            

Lancaster Roots and Blues music festival with music ranging from blues, jazz, folk, to polka, rock and reggae. It is held in 5 venues on 9 stages, all within walking distance of each other.

February 22       Strasburg Spring Auction & Mud Sale                                                 Strasburg Fire Company, Strasburg, PA

Looking for a unique Amish experience, a spring  Mud Sale is the Lancaster County term for an annual auction/sale at one of a number of local fire companies. The money helps support the fire company.  The sales, appropriately named for the condition of the thawing ground, attract thousands of people looking for bargains on anything from Amish quilts and antiques to lumber, buggies, horses, and garden equipment.  The Inn serves early breakfast so that you can get on your way early. Boots and warm clothing are recommended.
