Event begins at 6:45 with appetizers, wine and beer in the WareCenter’s Grand Something Salon, followed by an hour of music in the beautiful Atrium. The audience surrounds the musicians in an intimate environment. This concert features romantic pieces from Debussy, Beethoven, Borodin and others . Tickets: $25.00. Late check-in Friday night. February 22 Strasburg Spring Auction & Mud Sale Strasburg Fire Company, Strasburg, PA
Looking for a unique Amish experience, a spring Mud Sale is the Lancaster County term for an annual auction/sale at one of a number of local fire companies. The money helps support the fire company. The sales, appropriately named for the condition of the thawing ground, attract thousands of people looking for bargains on anything from Amish quilts and antiques to lumber, buggies, horses, and garden equipment. The Inn serves early breakfast so that you can get on your way early. Boots and warm clothing are recommended.
